By accessing or using this site, placing an order, or submitting a preorder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Checking out as a guest still creates an account on the email address you order with, so your order history is somewhere to find later — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
All prices are shown in your selected display currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is only formed once we confirm and charge your order.
Some regions are preorder-only while we finish setting up local stock and fulfilment. A preorder is a reservation, not an immediate purchase: it's covered by our separate Preorder Policy, which takes precedence over this section for anything a preorder order specifically involves — what you're charged, timing, and cancellation.
Payments are processed directly by our payment providers — currently Stripe, PayPal, and (where available) Paystack. We never see or store your full card details; they're handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant processors under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We do our best to display product colours, sizing, and details accurately, but we don't guarantee that your device's display is completely accurate to the physical product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or an order placed through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of the country in which you live, which continue to apply regardless of this clause.
If you're a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, separate from and in addition to our Refund & Returns Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time — the version number and date at the top of this page reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
